As a sales minded customer support employee you will support the online shop with both customer care as commercial activities in Business to Customer. Inbound customer care calls, inbound sales calls, emails handling, chat and pro-active (outbound) chat are the main activities. Therefore you should be able to answer questions about pricing, shipments, delivery times, etc. But also, you should be able to advice potential customers on product choices via phone or chat.Requirements
- Native level of German-English or French-English
- Good communication and writing skills;
- Strong PC and Internet skills;
- Customer oriented profile and enthusiastic personality with a positive "can do" attitude;
- Education: undergraduate level or equivalent;
- Experience in Telesales or eCommerce are a plus.
