The Stagecoach Bus Graduate programme is an extremely successful UK based scheme. For the first time ever we are expanding the programme to graduates across Europe to attract future managers for our growing European businesses. If you’re an ambitious, recent graduate with some impressive work experience behind you and willing to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years, you might find that the programme is tailor made for you. Upon completion of the programme, substantive appointments will be available in the UK and Europe.
The scheme itself is one of the fastest paced around - highly structured, incredibly varied, but never rushed. Working around the UK, you’ll be ready for your first management position within 12 months. Two years in and you'll be running a £multi-million operation or large engineering function. After just four years you could reach Director level - like the twelve graduates who've proved that you go much further, much faster with Stagecoach. The programme prepares you to become a future Director of one of our European or UK operating companies, which make up a vital part of the Stagecoach Group.
Stagecoach UK Bus is the largest bus operators in the UK with growing interests in Europe and the US. Through 18 regional operating companies, we serve over 100 towns and cities throughout the UK. We run a fleet of around 8,000 buses and coaches, employing 18,000 people. With 2.5 million passengers travelling with Stagecoach every day. Our European business already supplies daily coach services in France, Belgium and Germany and continues to grow.

Degree Requirements
You must have or expect to gain a 2:2 degree or equivalent in either mechanical or automotive engineering.
