Start as Dutch Customer Service Agent for ANWB in Lyon

What are you going to do:

Experienced in customer contact and want to live and work in France? Start this summer as a full-time Dutch customer service Agent in Lyon at  ANWB. Help ANWB members with breakdowns in France on their way. Customers call you when they need help. They will do this in Dutch. You reassure them, and ask specific questions to make sure that they get the help they need and offer a solution. This can include calling a tow truck or by quickly arranging hotel accommodation. This you do in either French or English. 

Parles-tu français? The answer to this does not have to be a resounding 'oui'. As a Dutch customer service agent in Lyon, basic French is enough. You dare to speak it and understand others. However, it is important that you are fluent in Dutch and English.

Everything is taken care of > Working in France has never been so easy. ANWB finds accommodation for you in Lyon. This requires a contribution of €250 per month. 

Training

Before you start, you will attend a two-week paid training course in Lyon. This training starts on 21 May 2024, however, we have multiple starting dates. You will learn more about the content of the job, get a look at the systems, and get to know your colleagues. After that, you will start working immediately. Your contract will run until 1 September 2024.

Working days and hours

Your start date will be on 21 May 2024. You will have a contract for 35 hours per week. The ANWB helpline is available Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 22:45. Your working hours will be flexibly scheduled across these hours.
