You will be working for an international consultancy company dealing with information technology. The company has offices in New York, Helsinki, Tokyo and Amsterdam. At the office on the canalside of Amsterdam are about 10 employees present every day. Since your colleagues come from many different countries, the main language at the office is English. So it is important that you speak and write fluent English as well as Dutch.
As an office assistant, you are the point of contact for all visitors of the company. In addition to welcoming visitors face-to-face, you help them by email and you also asisst them by phone. Luckily you have good communication skills so this is no problem at all. You maintain contact with the cleaning company and make sure there are enough groceries in stock. You have excellent organizational skills as well, because you also organize meetings, plan appointments and make restaurant reservations. So, this is where your previous experience in a similar position comes in handy!
At the company you will work at least until the end of December. You work from Monday to Friday 15 to 20 hours on average, but with your flexible attitude this is no problem.
