HR Specialist with Dutch

Beschrijving

Main responsibilities:

• Recruitment of Dutch-speaking candidates
• Sourcing strategy for German-speaking positions
• On-line advertisement, job fair participation
• Screening of CVs and phone pre-selection of candidates
• Leading Skype and personal interviews
• Email communication with candidates, administrative tasks related to recruitment
• Communication with schools
• Point of contact and support for students

Involvement in other HR processes - adaptation/ exit process, benefit management, etc.

HR Agenda

• administrative support to HR and Business teams reports
• internal database update communication with other departments

The ideal candidate must have:

• Fluent Dutch (C1) and good command of English (B2)
• An additional Language is an advantage
• Experience in recruitment is an advantage
• Excellent communication, self-presentation and organizational skills
• Can-do attitude, willingness to learn
• Flexibility and team spirit
• Customer and business orientation
