Techniek vacature in Oirschot.
As a machine operator you will operate on several machines, all of which are used for making parts for gates and fences. You start the day by starting up the machines. Then you see that a machine is malfunctioning, so you check this and you know how to solve this small malfunction professionally. After you solved the problem, everything is ready for a good start of the production!
For all machines you call up the correct program in the computer system. You then enter the material into the machine and control the first steps. You check these for quality and deviations. When everything is correct you let the machine run and you go on to the next machine. During the day you keep on supplying stock, checking quality and solving minor malfunctions. For larger malfunctions, you can contact the technical service. After all, they are just around the corner!
The machines you will be working with include the long hole punching machine, laser machine, sawing machine, punching machine, welding robots, presses and a drilling line.
It is also important to know that you work in two shifts. The early shift is from 6:30 am to 3:15 pm and the late shift is from 3:15 pm to midnight.
