Stories is looking for a Community & Office Assistant who provides support to members and general assistance to the Community & Office Manager. You will be the first point of contact for both our members as for contacts outside Stories. You have a passion for people and stories. You are a problem solver, earning the trust of our members by helping them find answers to their questions regarding the Stories community and our services.
Member support
Be the first point of contact for our (new) members;
Assist in managing the availability of spaces and rooms;
Help keep our member page updated;
Delivering high-quality services for our members and help them with any questions they might have;
Help to make sure that the systems are up to date;
Assist in executing company-wide tasks which need to be taking care of;
General member support via e-mail and ticket desk
Support in managing and monitoring customer satisfaction;
Assisting in the sales process
Co-conduct onsite tours and support in onboarding new members;
Follow-up with new leads en new member applications;
Handling photography and video requests;
Community engagement
Support in executing planned events and ongoing community gatherings
Be actively engaged within the community and keep our members updated about seasonal activities or members events to bring the community together;
Location management support
Assisting in the opening process of new locations;
Support in managing and tracking orders, and aligning with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the delivery dates are met;
Support in managing and inventory of the incoming orders;
Ensure small repairs are taken care of by external parties.
Other
Ensuring the inventory is stocked on the several locations;
Making sure our fast start-up is able to grow and a strong foundation is maintained. You will help in laying the foundation for the years to come;
Filing and organizing important documents in the cloud;
Assisting and working together with our external content creation partners;
General administrative support
Strong English and Dutch verbal and writing communication skills;
Good time management and planning skills;
Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them;
Positive, enthusiastic, warm, and approachable personality
Prior hospitality experience is a plus
