What you will do:You are the professional contact person for your colleaguesYou are the link between your team and the team leaderAs the first contact person you answer all technical questionsWe are changing? You help to design new processes and accompany their introductionYou represent the team leader during vacation and illnessYou continue to support your team in the processing and remain up to dateYou correspond with our customers and colleagues fluently in Dutch and English
Requirements: You have sound know-how in the damage management areaYou have fun solving claims that are off our guidesYou bring a positive and entrepreneurial attitude with youCreativity to motivate your team and always reach targetsYou bring ideas to promote and develop the team and your colleaguesYou are fluent in Dutch, and you speak good English as well.
