Our client's department closes the gap between consuming tax information, understanding it and applying it in the real world. 

By joining our client's team, you will be part of a highly ambitious innovative digital department. Being curious about our costumer and user base is a pre-requisite to become successful. As we are building out a new product portfolio from scratch, we also need to be able to operate flexible and adapt change when we need to do so. Some people call this agile. We just feel that this the new normal. 

What are you going to do?

As Studio Producer you work together with the AV product manager, junior producers and a team of freelance editors, directors and technicians. You produce a wide range of educational AV productions and are responsible for the studio recordings with Subject Matter Experts, in our state-of-the-art inhouse recording studio. The studio is your everyday workplace. You are involved with the planning and preparation of scripts. You welcome guests in our studio and communicate with all stakeholders. Mastering and filing of video footage and maintaining the video library is also part of your task package. 

Key tasks:

• Planning of studio capacity and management of instructing Subject Matter Experts, internal and external; 
• Coordinating studio recordings and live webinars with Subject Matter Experts, including lunch and travel arrangements;
• Preparing call sheets, autocue texts and scripts reviewing;
• Develop new studio formats for educational purposes, such as infographics;
• Coordinating studio equipment and supplies;
• Troubleshooting studio technical issues;
• Pre- and postproduction of complex video projects;
• Ensure steady production flow of video modules prepped for Learning Management Systems;
• Contribute to continual process improvements;
• Update instruction manuals and guidelines for the studio and AV formats;
• Would have the ability to jump in and support Marketing shoots such promotional videos and webinars;
• Organise shoots or live broadcast on location with a small crew. 

Our client is expanding their studio facilities and as of Q3 of 2022 a second inhouse studio and a live stream studio will be ready for use. These facilities will fall under your wings. 

What do we ask from you?

• You have a minimum of bachelor higher education degree in the field of media;
• You have proven experience in a business studio environment for at least 5 years;
• You have a proficient level of the English language;
• You have knowledge of audio-visual corporate media in the Netherlands and can advise about this;
• You have knowledge of the use of video for educational purposes and experience with educational (online) video formats;
• You have basic knowledge of interactive tools that can be used in videos;
• You have experience with corporate media production processes, from pre-production till post-production; 
• You are a team player and have a flexible, proactive and customer-oriented attitude;
• You are communicative and skilled in word and text, can keep the overview and know how to set priorities; 
• You have affinity with working in an educational environment.
