As a part-time domestic worker, you make sure that each client’s house is organised and clean. By vacuuming, taking care of the laundry and buying the weekly groceries. You take care of all domestic chores that the resident can’t do themselves anymore. While you’re hard at work, you make time to chit-chat. The social aspect is just as important. Not just to make the client feel at ease, but pick up certain signals as well.

Do you notice that someone is getting forgetful or that their physical limitations are worsening? Then you pass this information on to your employer. They will make sure that the client will get the help they need. So that they can live at home for as long as possible.
