Customer service employees wanted in several languages in Amsterdam

As a Customer Service Executive you will report to a Team Leader in Customer Service. We are looking for employees for the following languages:

- Arabic (flex, weekend flex shifts and summerproject)
- German (flex and late flex shifts)
- Swedish (weekend flex shifts)
- Norwegian (flex shifts)

This is the explenation of the sevarl shifts:
Flex: Main focus on working from Monday to Friday + 2 weekend days per month. 40h = 5days/week so when you have a weekend shift then you'll have the days off in the week. Shifts start at 8,8.30,9, 9:30 and 10:00 + max 4 times per month a late shift 14:30-23:00.
Flexible late: Main focus on working from Monday to Friday +2 weekend days per month. 40h = 5days/week so when you have a weekend shift then you'll have the days off in the week. Shifts start at 11:30, 13:00, and 14:30.
Weekend Flex: Working every Saturday and Sunday + 3 days during the week. You can be scheduled to any of the shifts.
Weekend Late: Working every Saturday and Sunday (13:30-22:00) + 3 days during the week (flexible shifts).
Summerproject: Working fulltime during the summer, no vacations planned until October.

As a Customer Service Executive you are responsible for handling pre- and post booking (hotel reservations) inquiries. You are also an intermediary between customers and the hotel.

Main Responsibilities
:

  • Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mails and fax;
  • Handle sales requests by phone and e-mail;
  • Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations;
  • Outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests;
  • Liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints;
  • Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
 
Required Skills


  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent commercial selling skills;
  • Problem solving;
  • Experience with internet and hotel industry;
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Independent and customer friendly.

Requirements:


  • Our ideal candidate is fluent in English and the language above (minimal B2 level for speaking and writing);
  • MBO level or higher;
  • Available Full-time (40hrs) and flexible in your schedule;
  • In posession of valid work-permit to the Netherlands.
