Role Overview:
We’re looking for a German-speaking customer service employee to join an innovative online bank. You’ll play a key role in directly engaging with both new and existing customers, delivering exceptional service. In this position, you can work flexibly 50% from home and 50% from the office – perfect for a balanced work-life. The customer service team in Amsterdam operates Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, offering support to German-speaking clients via phone and email.

What You'll Do:
You’ll start with thorough training from experienced team members to ensure a smooth transition into your role as a customer service representative. Your daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries in German, resolving issues, and managing various administrative duties. Precision is key, as you'll be working with sensitive customer data. That’s why we perform a screening of applicants before they begin their roles.
