Filling Pieces is currently looking for a part-time Finance Administrator, available 16 hours per week. In this role you will be responsible for taking care of several domains within the Financial Administration. You will be primarily looking after the prompt processing of incoming invoices from suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Finance mailbox is in control
• Registering and processing invoices
• Updating and maintaining overview of creditors and credit cards
• Processing bank drafts
• Processing declarations
• General assistance of the Finance team with day-to-day activities

Profile:

• You have strong administrative skills
• You have a problem-solving attitude
• You are accurate and well organised
• You are very punctual
• You are a team-player with an independent work attitude

Essentials:

• 16 hours per week available
• Located in Amsterdam
• MBO+ degree, preferable in Finance or Business-related field
• Fluent in both written & spoken English and Dutch
