Klikkie is a monthly photo print subscription that lets you print quality photos in a single tap. Our goal is to share beautiful moments with the people that you care about in a fun and easy way. Over the last few months, magazines like Elle, Linda, Marie Claire, Colourful Rebel and Glamour published great articles about our service. The team is founded by ex-Google people and experienced digital entrepreneurs.
Why we need you!
You are a full service provider with amazing communication skills in Dutch and English. You are a smooth writer, which it pretty convenient when most of the communication is by email. Besides e-mail support, we have call support as well. The most important thing is that you know how to be the person that never let a customer down.
You are the voice of the company. Making sure our users have the best experience and provide insights to the Product and Marketing team. You will also write the content for our pages to inform our customers and drive the Net Promoter Score.
