The organisation
The company you will be working for is a leader in the online sports world. With their app they help and motivate thousands of people to find the right sport for them. Right now they are also active in Germany, and that's why they need you! The next 5 weeks you will be able to be part of their mission.
The Job

Your main responsibility will be to make our new members excited about living a healthy sporty lifestyle by joining our app and helping them use the app and work out - simply - giving them a WOW experience!
- You will be proactively reaching out to our new members, onboarding them and guiding them through our app so that they are motivated and enthusiastic to use our app!
- Being at the frontline of the member experience, you will be also gathering insights about our members and their experiences and will be sharing them with internal stakeholder to improve our app and make our members become our ambassadors
Working Hours
Monday to Friday from 15:00 till 20:00.

What we ask:
- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- Fluent in German and English;
- Service minded and able to be in contact with lots of people;
- Ability to work at least 15 hours a week.
