The Marketing department is, in close collaboration with the other creative cells in the organisation, a - below the line, online and above the line - in house service center responsible for G-Stars creative conceptual environment. Within the Digital Marketing department we are looking for a (Senior) Digital Marketing Communication Planner/Content Manager for the online team.
For this role, we are looking for someone with proven digital marketing/brand and social media experience, strong strategic thinking and the ability to delivery multiple high quality projects that fits with the integrity of the product and the G-Star DNA.
Task and Responsibilities:
• Create and implement communication strategies and briefings for all aspects of digital marketing, with primary focus on G-Star.com, affiliates, and all of G-Star's social media platforms
• Work closely with other departments to develop digital strategies for Brand Communication, PR, online, ecom, retail, media etc
• Create online activities for campaigns, collections and retailers, based on measurable KPI’s
• Evaluate, share knowledge and report on the results of online/Social Media campaign
• Provide support in the conception and production roll out of new digital activities
• Ability to lead strategy and sell in to complex stakeholders, strong presentation skills
• Highly detailed and geeky about achieving the right consumer journeys vs KPI's/objectives for differently platforms and channels
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and the social media landscape, preferably in an fashion/retail, agency or Global brand environment
• proven knowledge of the social media landscape and digital production processes
• experience with leveraging social media management and analytics tools
• experience in Strategic planning and processes for brand management
• Strong communication and advising skills (fluent English)
• advantage to have strong copywriting skills; ability to independently develop and engage social platform whilst maintaining the integrity of G-Star tone of voice
