You are responsible for the optimal functioning of a high-tech automated packaging machine (Multivac). You have a strong focus on process improvements and efficiency. By installing, checking, converting and continuously adjusting the machines, you ensure the optimal result within the strict norms of the products. With your technical insight, you identify (upcoming) problems and, together with the Technical Department(TD), find the right solution. You are prepared to take responsibility and ensure optimal maintenance of your machine. If you have experience as a production employee or (process) operator, this position is definitely for you.

You will be working in a factory with different machines. With these machines, all ingredients are made to produce the meat replacers. It is up to you and your team to keep these machines running. You have a lot of responsibility, because it is very important that all the proportions are right in order to produce a good end product. The factory is located in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk, so if you live nearby Leiden, The Hague, Zoetermeer or Alphen aan den Rijn, the company is easy to reach.

• You have completed a technical education (preferably: Vapro A, WTB, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive/Motor Vehicle Engineering or Process Technology);
• You have several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industry; 
• You have a sense of responsibility and are good at organizing;
• You are familiar with HACCP and have an eye for safety and hygiene, if you do not have a certificate yet, there are training opportunities to obtain one. 

• For this fulltime position you will be working in a 2-shift system (ploegendienst), the working hours are from 5.00 till 13.00 and from 13.00 till 20.00;
• In return you will receive a salary between 2.100 and 2.600 per month, depending on your experience and age. In addition, there is a shift bonus;
