We're on the lookout for a motivated Planner/Recruiter to help us streamline our processes and ensure the success of both our clients and flex workers.

Functie omschrijving
It is your responsibility as a planner to improve this process as much as possible by smoothly meeting all these assumptions and providing daily and weekly planning for our customers. You will have a lot of contact with both flex workers and customers. They know they can count on you and the same applies, of course, the other way around.

Job description:

• Create and manage daily, weekly and ad hoc schedules using advanced planning tools.
• Sync plans with flexible workers and clients, ensuring a harmonious workflow.
• Communicate assignment details to flexible workers, ensuring their success.
• Creating a group of flexible workers that meets our high-quality standards.
• Monitoring attendance and ensuring compliance with schedules.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. To 7:00 p.m., including weekend shifts.
• Recruitment of potential candidates

Our requirements

• MBO level education or equivalent in experience and mindset.
• Proven track record in similar roles, preferably within a temporary work agency.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch/English; Polish or any other language is a bonus.
• Familiarity with automated planning systems is highly regarded.
• Organized, self-motivated, handles stress well, focuses on achieving results, and is adaptable in their work style
• Availability for after-hours on-call duties.
• A valid Driving License B.
