In your role as a full-time Swedish customer advisor, your mission is to provide information and advices to customers and to make them feel heard. You will work for our client, a premium electric vehicle and technology solutions brand. Owned by one of the largest automobile company, this brand is now starting to sell electric cars in Europe. You are going to be part of a groundbreaking team at a premium electric vehicle brand, all while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Utrecht. As the world shifts towards sustainable technology, you’ll be at the customer advisor at the forefront, helping customers transition into this new era of driving.
While working full-time as a customer advisor, you will accompany clients through their buying process. From the moment they express interest in electric vehicles to the test drive experiences, and all the way to their purchase decision, you’ll be their trusted advisor. You will get access to a knowledge base to help you address all their questions and requests. You’re not just answering questions; you’re making sure the customer experience is enjoyable.
Working full-time in this dynamic environment means you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule. Whether you prefer to work in the office or from home, you’ll find the perfect balance, with about 70% of your time spent in the office in Utrecht and 30% remotely.
