As a courier at DHL Express in Den Hoorn, you will contribute to the heartbeat of our logistics operations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of packages, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the success of DHL Express. The key challenges you'll face include efficiently planning your routes and carefully handling shipments, including heavy packages. We're looking for someone with a customer-focused attitude, a valid B driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 30 kg. Responsibilities:

Deliveries: Ensure the prompt and secure delivery of packages to our customers.
Route planning: Strategically organize your daily routes to maximize efficiency and service quality.
Customer interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing friendly and professional service.
Package handling: Manage and transport various types of shipments, including heavier items, with care and responsibility.
Teamwork: Actively participate in a collaborative team environment, contributing to a positive work atmosphere and shared goals.

Hourly rate: From €15.20 to €17.40, experience-dependent.
Contract: Temporary contract with a view to permanency.
⏰ Flexible workweek: 28-40 hours per week, based on your preference.
Saturday bonus: Enjoy a 50% bonus for Saturday shifts.
Vacation days & pay: 10% vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay.

Valid B driver's license: 1+ year driving experience.
Proven courier background: Experience in the Netherlands.
⏰ Availability: Minimum 28 hours weekly, Fridays included.

Language skills: Fluency in Dutch or English required.
