Hi! We're an American couple living in Den Bosch for 10 years, now with our two sons (5 and 1.5). We speak Dutch, though we use English at home. Were looking for someone who can speak Dutch with our boys to support their integration. We homeschool and are building a rhythm that balances structure and free play. Wed love someone for a few half or full days a week to be with one or both boyswhile Im getting things done in the house, doing an activity with one of the boys, or occasionally out. Both kids are full of emotion and personality, and we value a caregiver who is warm, empathetic, and able to support them through their big feelings without shutting them down, especially when setting limits or holding boundaries. Were looking for someone who respects our homeschool lifestyle, can follow a gentle structure, but also feels confident to take initiative and come up with ideas. Were not in a rushjust hoping to find the right fit.
