Hi there! We are a family of 3! Our baby boy is now 4 months old. The father is working full time. And I am going back to work end of May. We are both multitasking and are also personal development coaches. We are looking for a babysitter for 5-8 hours a day, from Monday to Thursday. Someone with Montessori values/ mindset. Someone who has experience raising empowered - happy babies. We would like a trustworthy person, who will primarily play with our baby, engage him in growth activities and take care of him while we work. Our baby is very curious, he loves exploring the environment, he likes books, and he is relatively calm. Thank you!
