Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping people? Then this part-time opportunity as a Customer Service Agent in Amsterdam could be exactly what you're looking for. You'll join the customer support team of a fast-growing Dutch savings bank that is part of one of Europe's leading mobility and financial services groups. Every day, you'll help customers enjoy a seamless banking experience by providing reliable support and clear guidance.

Make every customer interaction count

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers. Whether they reach out by phone or email, you'll answer questions, explain banking processes and help resolve account-related requests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. Your goal is to make every customer feel heard, supported and confident in their banking experience.

Alongside customer communication, you'll also be responsible for a range of administrative tasks. You'll accurately process customer information, maintain confidential records and ensure that all operational processes are completed with care and precision. Thanks to your attention to detail and proactive mindset, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding service every day.

What we offer

  • Hourly wage of 15,25 euros per hour;

What we ask

  • Minimum MBO4 level education;
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken;
