What are you going to do:

Are you fluent in German and looking for a part-time opportunity in Amsterdam? A forward-thinking bank is seeking a German-speaking customer advisor to strengthen its support team.

In this role, you’ll become a trusted point of contact for the bank’s German-speaking customers, helping them with a wide range of inquiries. Whether they need guidance on their accounts or clarity on banking procedures, you'll offer reliable support via phone and email.

Your first weeks will be focused on learning. You'll receive tailored training from experienced team members, giving you the tools to handle customer requests confidently and accurately. Once you’re up to speed, you will have the opportunity to work hybrid as well. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys clear communication, is confident with administrative work, and is looking to gain experience in the financial services.

What we offer:

• A part-time position with a modern bank;
