At Radisson Hotel Hoofddorp, we’re getting ready to open our doors for the very first time and we’re searching for a passionate and detail-driven Reservation Agent. From the very first booking, you’ll set the tone for our guests’ experience, ensuring every reservation is smooth, accurate, and personal. With 281 stylish rooms and a vibrant meetings & events atmosphere, this is your opportunity to help create memorable stays right from the start.

What you’ll do
As Reservation Agent, you are at the heart of the booking process, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently:

• Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs).

  
  

• Create, modify, and confirm reservations accurately in the hotel system (e.g., Opera Cloud).

  
  

• Maintain clear and effective communication with guests and OTA partners.

  
  

• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reservations.

  
  

• Create checklists and workflow documents to support Reservations & Front Office operations.

  
  

• Provide occasional support to the Front Office team (check-in/check-out, guest inquiries) when needed.

  
  

• Contribute to delivering a seamless and positive guest journey from the very first interaction.

  
  

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  
  

• Experience with reservation systems or preferably the reservations department (e.g., Opera Cloud)

  
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  
  

• Flexible availability, including weekends; 24–38 hours per week. We primarily offer day shifts, but during high season or periods of high occupancy we ask for flexibility.

  
  

• A true team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  
  

• Willingness to occasionally rotate and support front office duties, but your main focus will always be excelling as our Reservation Topper!
