Wat je gaat doen

As a production employee at our international pharmaceutical company in Breda, you’ll contribute to ensuring the quality and precision of our products. Working in a structured 2-shift schedule, your attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols will help maintain the high standards we are known for. This role requires focus, effective communication in English or Dutch, and a willingness to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

What You Will Do:

• Unpacking and repacking: carefully separate defective products from good ones to maintain quality standards.
• Dock placement: place units on designated docks for further processing with precision and efficiency.
• Quality focus: maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks to ensure the integrity of our products.
• Safety adherence: follow all safety protocols, including the use of protective equipment and compliance with instructions.
• Team communication: communicate effectively in either Dutch or English to ensure smooth collaboration with your team.

• A gross hourly wage of €14.96;
• A temporary contract;
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week in 2 shifts;
• A 40% shift allowance for hours worked after 7:00 PM;
• An end-of-year bonus of 8.33% calculated over all hours worked;
• 8.33% holiday allowance, paid out flexibly;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from a minimum distance of 6 kilometers);
• Equal pay and benefits in accordance with the new collective labor agreement.
