Be the trusted voice for your customers

As a German-speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers in the German market. Whether they have questions about their savings account, need support with banking processes or require guidance via phone or email, you'll provide clear, professional and personalised assistance every step of the way.

Alongside customer interactions, you'll also take care of a variety of administrative tasks. You'll process customer information accurately, maintain confidential records and ensure all data is handled with precision and care. Thanks to your attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset, every customer receives the high-quality service they expect.

  • Minimum MBO level 4 (secondary vocational education) or equivalent;
  • Fluent in German and Dutch;
