Wat je gaat doen

As a productiemedewerker on the IBC-afdeling at Mauser in Oosterhout, you will work in a dynamic production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key. Your role involves assembling and inspecting industrial containers that are used by clients worldwide. You’ll contribute to a smooth production process while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Working in a 5-shift system, you’ll have the opportunity to take on varied tasks and grow within the company.

What You Will Do:

• Assembling: stalen pallets and frames for industrial containers.
• Inspecting: products for quality and safety according to company guidelines.
• Troubleshooting: identifying and resolving minor issues independently or with your team.
• Supporting: assisting colleagues in the production process when needed.
• Organizing: maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for an active, reliable team player with a hands-on mentality.

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing and active work.
• Flexible availability for a 5-shift schedule.
• Own transportation to Oosterhout is required.
• Proficiency in Dutch or English at B1 level or higher.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus.
