We are looking for a fulltime Indian Cuisine Cook in Hoofddorp to join our kitchen team in Hoofddorp or Amsterdam! Your responsabilities

• Selecting, washing, cutting, and mixing fresh ingredients;
• Monitoring the taste, doneness, and presentation of dishes, making adjustments where needed;
• Ensuring top-quality food and maintaining a highly hygienic work environment;
• Tracking inventory and ordering fresh ingredients on time.

Profile

You are an enthusiastic cook with a genuine heart for Indian cuisine. You are a true team player who is also perfectly comfortable working independently. Keeping a clean, organized, and structured kitchen comes naturally to you. You enjoy thinking along about new menus and methods to make our dishes even better, and you love the energy of a lively, fast-paced kitchen environment!
