Wat ga je doen?

As an Assembly Technician at Tulip Tech in Den Bosch, you hand-build the high-density battery packs that extend drone flight times by 30–100% for leading defence and aerospace customers. Every pack you build ends up in the air, so your work is visible and it matters from day one.

You assemble packs and modules by hand, carrying out precise, series-based soldering and following defined procedures with consistent quality — on the first unit and the hundredth. Battery safety is non-negotiable: you follow every instruction and regulation, and you are loud the moment you spot a risk. As priorities shift and new projects arrive, you stay focused and steady without ever lowering the standard.

You don't need a specific background. Eagerness to learn, common sense and a low-ego, hands-on attitude matter more than years of experience — we train every step. Soldering experience is a plus. Full-time, on-site in Den Bosch. €2500–3000 gross/month, with daily lunch provided.
